Can we include our pets in the photo shoot? Absolutely! I LOVE animals and understand that pets are an integral part of the family. Please let me know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends so I can bring treats lol.
When is the ideal time to schedule a family photoshoot? The best time to book a family photo shoot depends on your preferences and the season. Many families choose to have their sessions during the spring or autumn when the weather is pleasant and the natural surroundings offer a beautiful backdrop. However, I offer photo shoots throughout the year to accommodate your family's schedule.
Where do you your family photography session take place? Usually in and around the Ipswich area, we have so many amazing backdrops right here in Suffolk!
How long does a typical family photoshoot last for? My Ipswich family photography session usually last about an hour, if your children are very young this could be less as I base my sessions around them and when they have had enough.
What if my children are shy or uncooperative during the session? I am experienced in working with families of all sizes and dynamics, and I understand that children may need some time to warm up to the camera. My friendly, yet slightly crazy approach goes down really well with children and usually allows me to capture natural and authentic moments. My aim is to make the photo shoot a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
What should we wear for our family photoshoot? Choosing the right outfits for your family photo shoot is essential for creating timeless and cohesive images. I totally recommend coordinating your outfits without being too matchy-matchy. Avoid busy patterns or logos and opt for comfortable, flattering clothing that reflects your family's personality. Once you book in with me I will send you out some more styling advice, essentially though I want you to all be comfortable, so you do you!
How soon after the photo shoot will we receive our images? I know you're excited to see the final results, and I work diligently to deliver your images as soon as possible. Typically, you can expect to receive an online gallery 3-4 weeks after the session.
Can we order prints or products through your website? Yes, after you receive your images, you'll have the option to order prints, canvases, albums, and other products directly through my website. I collaborate with a professional print lab to ensure high-quality products that preserve your cherished memories.
